The Stanford Tobacco Prevention Toolkit is a resource created to prevent middle and high school students’ use of tobacco and nicotine products. The goals of the toolkit are for students to understand basic information about tobacco products including e-cigarettes, vape pens and the harm they cause, to gain awareness of media and strategies that target youth and to gain refusal skills. Educators can pick and choose which lessons (power points, worksheets and activities) will be most useful for their students and adapt to suit their needs.
